Lisa Fazzolari is a Senior Talent Manager at Warby Parker.  She is also a Villanova Alumni. Go Wildcats!  Lisa will be sharing some of the innovative practices that drive the culture at Warby Parker.  As one of Fast Company's Top 100 Most Innovative Company's, Warby Parker is an example of how a small business can innovate to take on large competition in the industry.  Lisa will share insights from her time in HR at Warby Parker!

​​Shawn Kent Hayashi is the Founder and CEO of The Professional Development Company LLC.  She is a global expert in developing inspiring leaders and high performing teams.  Growth, innovation, elevated performance and profits are the results of Shawn's work.  Shawn will share stories from her time working with entrepreneurial clients and Fortune 500 organizations around the globe.


​​Liz Brenner is Vice President of Human Resources Marketing and Engagement at SAP.  In her current position, she applies marketing acumen and expertise to build strategies and programs that are engaging for SAP employees.  Liz will share examples of how SAP is leading the charge in cultivating innovation in their employees.
