Diversity, yes, but... | #HRTea

In this episode, Bethany sits down with Quinetta Roberson, a Villanova Professor of Management and the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair. She has been doing research on diversity and inclusion initiatives in organizations for 15+ years and as you will hear in the episode, in her diversity work, she's "willing to tell the dark side.
