Co-President | Jennie Killebrew

Hi everyone! My name is Jennie Killebrew and I'm currently a second-year graduate student and a graduate assistant in the HRD program. I am originally from Birmingham, AL where I graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2017 with a B.S. in Psychology. I wanted to pursue a Master's in the HRD program to jumpstart my career in HR and fully immerse myself in the field. Before coming to Villanova, I worked as an HR Assistant for a company in the hospitality industry and that experience solidified my interests in working towards improving overall employee well-being. My first year in the HRD program was a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to all that this year holds!

Co-President | Kelly Maguire

Hi everyone! My name is Kelly, I am a second-year HRD student and Graduate Assistant. I am originally from outside of Boston, MA. I graduated from Villanova University in 2018 with my Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Communications. I worked for just over one year in a rotational development program at an insurance company after graduating – this experience helped me to realize my strong interest in HR and is what pushed me to pursue a Master’s degree in the field. Over the summer, I held an HR internship with SAP on their People & Culture team and was able to spend the summer in Chicago! I am passionate about health and wellness, and hope to ultimately find an HR position at a company within this general industry. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, trying new workout classes, running, and spending time with family and friends. I am excited to be back for my final year of the HRD program and am looking forward to all that this year will bring!

Director of External Relations | Simon Song

Hello! My name is Simon Song and am one of the graduate assistants for the HRD program. I am from Norwood, NJ which is right outside of the NYC area. I graduated from Villanova with a B.A. in Psychology this past May. I first became interested in the HRD program after I took I/O psychology my junior year. From this course, I discovered how psychological principles could be applied to organizations and the different ways in which strategic HR positively impacts organizations. This summer, I had the opportunity to work as a Human Resources intern for AIG and this experience substantiated my interest in the HR career field. In my free time, I love to play sports like basketball, tennis, and golf!

My name is Jedidiah Benhur Margoschis. I am originally from India. I have lived and worked in two countries. I am currently a graduate assistant at Villanova's HRD office. I worked for seven years in various capacities in the training sector. I have a superpower: I write. I am loving the United States.

Treasurer | Caleb Gravot

Hello, everyone I am Caleb. Originally from Fairview Heights Il, and this is my first year as a Graduate Assistant. I graduated from Evangel University in December 2019 where I majored in Psychology. During my time at Evangel University I was first exposed to the world of Human Resources Development when one of our Alumi talked to us about IO Psychology. After hearing her talk I knew that was the career path that I wanted to follow. To work in an environment where I can bring the best out of people is what drives me and brings out my passion. When applying for Graduate school Villanova was not on my register until I received information about the program in the mail. The rest is history. I am excited to start my journey here at Villanova continuing to learn and grow during my time here.
