On this month's edition of #VUHRDConversations, we discuss Villanova's wellness program--NovaFit--with Ray Duffy, who is the Vice President of HR at Villanova University. Ray is an alum of the #VUHRD program with his MS in Human Resource Development. Ray previously focused on the area of benefits at Villanova, and helped to introduce the NovaFit wellness program.
