In our fourth season of HR Tea, we have a surprise for you... a new host! Dr. Larry Cozzens, Villanova HRD adjunct faculty member, training and development expert, and national parks aficionado, will take the reigns.
Season 4 will focus entirely on topics related to Covid and the workplace. In this season, we will dive into topics like authenticity in leadership, women in the workplace, hiring and the great resignation, and so much more. You will hear from guests from across the country from a variety of different backgrounds with interesting perspectives to share. We are SO EXCITED to share this content with you!
